One of the worst things about heading to work in the morning? Leavng your dog behind. But if you work for one of these companies, you don't have to leave your best friend at home during the day.

A few companies are famous for their pet-friendly policies, where you'll definitely find some dogs hanging out in the office.

Here are some of the most dog-friendly companies in the U.S., according to dog-care site Rover.

Amazon (Seattle, Washington) Procore Technologies (Carpinteria, California) Trupanion (Seattle, Washington) Petsmart (Phoenix, Arizona) Airbnb (San Francisco, California) Nestle Purina Petcare (St. Louis, Missouri) Petco (San Diego, California) Zogics (Lenox, Massachusetts) Ceros (New York City, New York) Uber (San Francisco, California)

All of the companies allow dogs in the office, as well as some wag-worthy amenities like dog treats and beds available. The top three companies also have pet stipends and pet time off available for employees.

Some other highlights: Amazon famously has 6,000 registered dog "employees," as well as an on-site dog park. Dogs hanging out at Trupanion are guaranteed a walk by the in-house dog walker. Purina also has a dog park and holds the record for most pets in an office at once.

You and your dog can read the full report on Rover's blog. Plus, make plans for National Take Your Dog to Work Day on June 21, where hopefully everyone's offices are full of furry friends.
