Davis, Bowen & Friedel Inc. announced Kevin M. Shertz recently attained professional architectural licensure in Delaware.

Davis, Bowen & Friedel Inc. announced Kevin M. Shertz recently attained professional architectural licensure in Delaware.

Shertz is now registered in Maryland and Delaware, working out of DBF’s Salisbury office where his areas of expertise include custom design/build additions and remodels for single-family residences and commercial properties. 

Shertz graduated from Lebanon Valley College with his Bachelor of Arts in individualized studies, along with a degree in interior and environmental design from the Pennsylvania School of Art. With more than 15 years of experience, Shertz has a knowledge and understanding of custom design development, utilizing spaces more efficiently and cost effectively. He provides for his clients schematic design, conceptual planning, feasibility studies, pre-design analysis and construction documentation.

“Kevin’s new licensure in Delaware allows DBF to better serve our expanding residential client base in Delaware,” said DBF President Michael R. Wigley. “With five architects registered in Delaware, two working from the Salisbury, Maryland, office and three from the Milford, Delaware, office, we look forward to seeing his contributions to Delaware communities across the Delmarva Peninsula.”
