Woodstock weekend! What do Aug. 16-18.

1. Woodstock 50 was slated to happen this weekend, but ended up getting canceled. Thank goodness for the Janglebachs, because the Woodstock tribute band will throw their own 50th celebration.

The Janglebachs will perform music that changed the world, which included music from the British Invasion, folk, psychedelia and r&b.

Not only does the band take you back in time sonically, but the Janglebachs also achieve this visually, since members of the band perform in ‘60s-influenced clothing.

The Janglebach will ring in a celebration for Woodstock 50 at the Milton Theatre, 110 Union St., Milton at 2 p.m., Saturday. COST $15 to $20. INFO miltontheatre.com or 684-3038.

2. Johnny Cash impersonator Joe Staffieri has been entertaining audiences for nearly 50 years. And the man is still rocking.

He’s performed at locations in Atlantic City such as Tropicana, The Hilton, Resorts International and countless supper clubs in the tri-state area.

Staffieri will share the stage with singer Debbie Feeser as June Carter Cash.

Audiences will have the chance to Cash-in on a good time at the Smyrna Opera House, 7 W. South St., Smyrna at 7:30 p.m., Saturday. COST $20 general admission; $16 members, seniors and military; $10 children age 12 or younger. INFO smyrnaoperahouse.org or 653-4236.

3. The Big House Band comes with a bit of clout that some wedding bands don’t have. It includes member Jimi Milligan, who appeared on NBC’s “The Voice.”

Along with performers Stephanie Chiofalo, Rachel Maya and Jeff Kessler, The Big House Band brings a City of Brotherly Love vibes to wherever they perform -- whether it’s at weddings, bars, clubs, casinos or private parties.

The band covers everything from rock to soul and pop.

You can catch The Big House Band grooving at Bellvue State Park, 800 Carr Road, Wilmington at 6:30 p.m., Sunday. COST $4 entrance fee (in state) and $8 (out of state). INFO destateparks.com or 761-6963.
