UPDATE: Delaware State Police have arrested the Selbyville man who was wanted in connection with the multiple thefts from vehicles that occurred in December. Troopers responded to multiple locations in the Hidden Acres and Hickory Woods communities, in the Frankford area, for multiple thefts from vehicles.

On Thursday, January 3, 22-year-old Cody Burroughs, turned himself into troopers at Troop 4 in Georgetown. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $10,105 secured bond.


Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect is wanted in connection with thefts from vehicles in the Millsboro and Frankford areas.

Cody J. Burroughs, 22, of Selbyville, is currently wanted out of Troop 4 for felony identity theft, felony attempt to commit theft under $1,500 where the victim is 62 or older, two counts of third-degree conspiracy, three counts of theft under $1,500, two counts of attempt to commit theft under $1,500, unlawful use of a credit card, criminal mischief and five counts of criminal trespassing.
