Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity was recently presented with a $5,000 check from Dover Federal Credit Union, making DFCU the first Friend of Habitat sponsor.
Through these partnerships, the CDHFH will continue to build affordable homes for residents of Kent County.
“It’s so fantastic to be part of both, an organization and a financial institution, who have come together to achieve such great things for the community,” said Donna Kiscaden, Dover Federal chief financial and risk officer and CDHH board member. “Habitat for Humanity does truly amazing things for people and it is an absolute honor to be the first annual sponsor. Helping them to make a difference is something we proudly support.”
