Delaware Wild Lands will host a wild game dinner from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. March 22 at Abbott’s Grill, 249 NE Front St., Milford, to support DWL's conservation and restoration efforts.
The dinner will include drinks from Brick Works and Mispillion River Brewery along with a five-course dinner of locally-sourced wild game and alcohol pairings chosen by Executive Chef Kevin Reading. Reading will create and prepare each dish exclusively for this event. The 2017 menu featured venison bresaola salad, duck liver pate and salmon, game bird gumbo and wild game cassoulet with venison and duck confit.
