Bayhealth offers a free tobacco cessation series in Smyrna for Delaware residents.
For people trying to stop smoking or chewing tobacco, the classes offer help in a supportive setting.
This educational series covers techniques to quit the use of all tobacco products. In addition, it offers strategies to improve a person's lifestyle through modifications in diet, stress, exercise, and nicotine replacement therapy.
"Quit Day" is on the fourth week of the series.
Participants must be 18 years old and able to attend all the sessions.
