The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, as a 49-year-old female was sitting in the living room of her house, located in the 14000 block of Russell Street, with her one month old grandson. After hearing a noise outside her bedroom window, she went to investigate and found someone tampering with an air conditioner unit, trying to gain entry. She immediately called 911 but two suspects then forcefully entered through the front door, demanding money. When she told them she didn't know where any money was located, one of the suspects pointed a gun at her. She then turned over an undisclosed amount of cash and the two suspects fled in an unknown type of car. No one was injured in the incident.

The first suspect was described as a male between five feet eight inches and five feet ten inches tall. He wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black mask over his face. The second suspect was described as a male between six feet and six feet two inches tall, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black mask over his face.
