Alternative rock band Ash will play its hit album "1977" in its entirety in Philly on Oct. 5.

Irish alt-rock band Ash will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut No.1 album on tour at The Foundry Philadelphia on Oct. 5. The opener is Hawai.

Ash is a on a special run where they’re playing their debut record, “1977,” in its entirety.

“Some of these songs have grown with us throughout those years,” the band said. “Others have the ability to transport us mentally and emotionally back to that crazy formative year of 1995 to 1996. These gigs are going to be a trip, trip, trip!”

The band released its latest studio album in 2015 with “Kablammo!”
