The Mispillion Art League has come up with its own fresh idea to collaborate with the Riverwalk Farmers Market.

Visitors to the Farmers Market will have the opportunity to stroll the market before taking part in the Farmers Market Studio on the second Tuesday of the month. Cathy Walls and Rosemary Connelly will coordinate relaxed workshops in both watercolors and acrylics.
The Farmers Market Studio will cost $35 for members and $45 for non-members. The classes include all supplies.
Shoppers are encouraged to bring their purchases to the gallery at 5 North Walnut Street by 10 a.m., where they will learn how to arrange a composition to paint. The program is open to all levels of experience from ages 16 on up.
Walls will guide participants on June 11, July 9 and Sept. 24. Connelly will lead on Aug. 13. Register in advance for each three-hour session at 302-430-7646 or on the website at mispillionarts.org.
