A teenager from Magnolia was arrested by Harrington Police on Oct. 30 and is facing burglary and other charges from an incident in July.
An investigation revealed that Dwayne Facon, 19, and previously charged co-defendants broke into properties on Delaware Avenue and East Center Street in Harrington on July 27 and removed bicycles from sheds, Harrington police spokesman Sgt. Adam Gillespie said.
Facon was initially detained in New Jersey before being extradited and turned over to the Harrington Police.
He is charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of theft under $1,500, second-degree conspiracy and criminal mischief. He was released on $6,000 unsecured bond pending court appearances.
