Donna Rae Webb of Milford died Saturday April 18, 2009 in Bay Health Center Milford, Delaware. She was 62.
She is the daughter of the late Brian Wright and Stella Carlisle Wright. She was preceded in death by her brother Wilson Wright, a niece Betty Marvel and nephew Bobby Wright.
Donna loved animals and worked at the Milford Chronicle and the Dollar General store. She enjoyed playing Pogo boating, fishing crabbing and anything outdoors also , cooking, and getting together with friends and family.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Richard Wayne Webb; two sons Raymond Sherman Jr. and Michael James; two daughters, Sheila R. Sherman and Kathleen Calhoun; eight grandchildren: Justin, Joshua, Shatia, Tynesha, Bobby, Brandon, Donald and Donna Rae; a great niece, Lisa Johns; nephew Galen Byerly; five nieces; two nephews; and two very good friends, Patricia Rogers and Rev. Wayne “Ziggy” Hicks.
Burial will be private. Arrangements handled by the Berry Short Funeral Home Milford. In lieu of flowers please send contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Fund.
