Milford, Del. -

Kelly D. Rinaldi and her children Kaylee Crow, Kyle Crow and Jessup Crow, of Harrington, passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Monday, Nov. 10, 2008

Kelly was a substitute teacher for the Lake Forest School District for the last 5 years.  She was a graduate of Lake Forest, and received a bachelors of science degree from Wilmington College where she majored in education.  She had just enrolled to start her masters program for special education.

Kelly loved nature.  She was very naturalistic/holistic and believed in natural home remedies.  She grew her own herbs, and sold them online.  She loved to garden, work the ground, and grow her own food and canned her excess.  She also liked to fish and spend time with her family doing outside activities.  Kelly was considered by most as a humanitarian.  She was a devoted mom and companion who taught her children the importance of education and values.  This was very evident as all her children excelled in school and received good grades.  She was a friend and confidant to all, willing to listen to everyone’s problems, and a loving daughter and sister. She was 36.

Kaylee S. Crow was born in Dover, on June 29, 2001.  She was a second grader at the Lake Forest East Elementary School.  She was a carbon copy of her mom because she also enjoyed nature and being outdoors.  She was so in tune to nature that butterflies and ladybugs would land on her without hesitation.  She was sweet natured, but quiet, with a dry sense of humor.  She loved it when her father would play jokes on her and tease her.  She played the role of big sister very well to her siblings, and loved her family very much.

Kyle H. Crow and Jessup F. Crow were born on November 21, 2002 in Dover.  They attended kindergarten at Lake Forest East Elementary.  They both were involved with soccer, which they enjoyed playing very much.  They also loved to play outside and were their own best friends.  They were truly inseparable and both were the apple of daddy’s eye.

The family is preceded in death by Kelly’s father, Walter W. Blackburn, their brother and son, Jacob Rinaldi; maternal grandmother, Mary Summers; paternal grandfather, William Blackburn; and step-grandfather, Pop-Pop Duke.

Kelly is survived by her mother Mary Margaret Ellingsworth; her fiancé, Jason L. Crow, of Harrington; daughter, Jaydin Crow of Harrington; brother, Kevin Blackburn, of Harrington; her sister, Kolene Brown of Felton; maternal grandfather Edward Ellingsworth, of Laurel;
paternal grandmother, Betty S. Blackburn, of Camden.

Kaylee, Kyle and Jessup are survived by their father, Jason L. Crow of Harrington, sister Jaydin Crow; paternal grandparents, Janel and Jeffery Crow of Dover; and maternal grandmother Mary Margaret Ellingsworth of Camden.

A combined memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in the Dover Building, in Harrington. The services will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Barratt’s Chapel Cemetery in Frederica.

Memorial donations may be made to the Renaldi-Crow Family Fund, c/o County Bank, 1000 East Masten Circle, Milford, DE 19963.
