Funeral services for George Shaw Cohee II, 42, were held Aug. 24 at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Orange Park, Fla. with the Rev. Scott Yirka officiating. Inurnment of Mr. Cohee’s remains will be held at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery at a later date.
He was cremated Aug. 23 and will be interred at Calverton National Cemetery at a later date. A private memorial service will be held at a later date in Farmington, N.Y.
Marvin Wade Doxey, 69, of East Palatka, Fla. passed away on Monday, August 9, 2010 at Shands at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla. No service is planned at this time
Susan P. Fritts, 48, of Milford, previously of Sterling, Va., died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010 in Milford. She was preceded in death by her father James Canody. Susan worked for Federal Express as a courier. She loved her children dearly, they were her life. She also liked to clean and collect Snow Babies. She loved dolphins, nature and the outdoors, especially gardening.
Kay Frances Blackwell Baynard was born on Sept. 2, 1948 in Winston-Salem, N.C. On Aug. 1, 2010 at the age of 61, she took her rest from life to go home to be with the Lord.
