State police have identified a body found on Friday night in Millsboro as Carla T. Howard, 40, of Ellendale, State Police Cpl. Bruce Harris said.
Howard's body was found on Jones Store Road at about 8:14 p.m. on Friday evening, and identified on Saturday through fingerprint records, Harris said.
Harris said an autopsy has been completed but toxicology reports have not. Police are still investigating why Howard was in Millsboro and how exactly she died.
