Milford police are searching for a 39-year-old Greenwood man wanted in connection with a theft and offensive touching incident earlier this month.
Police ask anyone with information on Charles Willis to contact them at 422-8081 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333. Police said Willis is armed and dangerous.
