Officers with the New Castle County DUI Task Force arrested 13 individuals for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of alcohol last weekend (Nov. 14th & 15th). This brings the total number of people arrested for DUI during the 2008 “Checkpoint Strikeforce” campaign to 413.
Milford police are investigating a dead body that was discovered by hunters in the woods near the Crop Production Services company, on Rehoboth Boulevard, on the afternoon of Nov. 10.
Harrington police have charged Christopher J. Santiago, 23, of Harrington, with two armed robberies that took place about three hours apart, on the night of Nov. 7 and early morning on Nov. 8.
The Delaware State Police are seeking two persons wanted in connection to an attempted murder that occurred early in the morning of Thursday, Oct. 16 on Neal Road in Lincoln. Troopers responded to a 911 call at approximately 1:45 a.m. after receiving a report that a 33-year-old Milton man had been seriously injured.

State police are searching for Eric Davis and Timothy Davis, both of Lincoln, in connection with the attempted murder by stabbing of a Milton man early Thursday morning.
A Delaware State Police trooper cited a motorcycle operator for going 100 mph in a 55 mph zone last week. That citation was one of 235 issued last week (Sept. 29 – Oct. 5) to speeders as part of OHS’s 2008 “Stop Aggressive Driving” campaign.
On Friday, Sept. 19, Delaware State Troopers investigated and subsequently arrested two individuals responsible for using credit cards belonging to a deceased family member.
The individuals were located in Nebraska and ultimately extradited back to Delaware to face charges.
The Delaware State Police Troop 4 Drug Unit and Sussex County Governor’s Task Force executed a search warrant at about 2 p.m. on Sept. 19. The search warrant was executed at a residence located in the 4500 Block of Seashore Highway, west of Greenwood, in connection with a marijuana and ecstasy (MDMA) investigation.
On Tuesday, Sept. 16 at approximately 6:45 pm, the Milford Police responded to Wal-Mart department store after receiving a report of a bomb threat called into the store.
A Milford School District bus carrying students home from kindergarten struck an SUV on Route 1 at about 12:18 on Monday afternoon, killing its driver. No charges have been filed, Milford police said, and the investigation is ongoing.
