Kimberly Church was arrested after a second domestic dispute.

A Frankford woman was arrested on assault and other charges after a domestic incident with her husband.

The incident occurred June 4, when the victim, a 60-year-old male, engaged in a domestic dispute with his wife, 52-year-old Kimberly F. Church, at their residence. The argument led to Kimberly obtaining a hammer and striking the victim's vehicle several times in multiple places. She then returned inside, hammer in hand, and continued to threaten the victim before swinging it at his head. The victim put up his hands up to defend himself and was struck on his forearm.

The victim reported the incident June 5 and troopers observed the injury on his forearm. It was learned that Kimberly had fled the residence shortly after the assault and her location was unknown.

On Thursday, June 14, around noon, Kimberly was apprehended by the Georgetown Police Department in the Walmart parking lot, after she engaged in another altercation with her husband.

Kimberly Church was charged with possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, third-degree assault, terroristic threatening and criminal mischief.  She was later released on $23,100 unsecured bond.
