Ricky E. Ness surrendered to Milford police May 17
Milford police on May 17 arrested Ricky E. Ness, 31, after warrants were obtained following two investigations this month, department spokesman Sgt. Robert Masten said.
The first incident took place May 4 on Southeast Front Street when Ness allegedly contacted two people, violating a no-contact order with one. Ness allegedly shoved one of the individuals, causing a minor injury, Masten said.
The second incident occurred May 13 when Ness allegedly again came in contact with the individual having a no-contact order. He allegedly hit the person, causing minor injuries and made threatening statements.
Ness, of Milford, surrendered May 17 and is charged with two counts of breach of release, two counts of third-degree assault, terroristic threatening and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
He was ordered held at the Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on a $5,000 cash bond.
