Beebe Integrative Health & Wellness announced it will host two classes in September.

Classes are free and open to the community.

Beebe Integrative Health & Wellness will present “Breathing to Meet the Mood” from 3 to 4 p.m. Sept. 6 at the Lewes Public Library, 111 Adams Ave.

This free class will allow participants to explore a variety of simple breathing techniques that can help transform mood; and will explore uses for various breath techniques include helping to focus attention, to relax, to calm down or to energize.

Beebe Integrative Health & Wellness will present “Treating Mind, Body, And Soul: Reclaiming Medicine’s Spiritual Roots,” with Uday Jani from 3 to 4 p.m. Sept. 20, also at Lewes Public Library.

Jani will explore why spiritual health can be a trigger for the healing process. Students will learn how to take the first steps on a personal lifetime spiritual journey. To register: mind-body-soul-drjani.eventbrite.com.
