Their names were not released due to their ages.
Three people, two 15-year-olds and a 17-year-old, were arrested Aug. 8 after a pizza delivery driver reported a robbery.
While not releasing their names due to their age, Harrington Police Department spokesman Capt. Earl K. Brode said two of the teens were from Harrington while the third was from Dover. The robbery took place at about 10:45 p.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Street.
Officers called to the scene learned three people confronted the driver, took the pizza and mimed effort to hit him. They then ran off.
A department K-9 tracked the three to a home in the 200 block of Commerce Street; after the owner agreed to a search of the building the teens were found inside and arrested, Brode said. They were positively identified by the driver and the pizzas were recovered.
Each was charged with theft by false pretense, conspiracy third degree and menacing, then released to a parent pending an appearance in Kent County Family Court.
