A Milford man was arrested for driving under the influence for the fourth time March 1.

Police pulled Terrence Ellis, 34, over for failing to activate his turn signal.

Further investigation determined he had a revoked driver’s license in addition to the three prior DUI. Ellis was charged with fourth offense driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while suspended/revoked, fail to signal turn and driving in proper lane and direction.

He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $6,502.
