The DSU Department of Music will host a special Public Piano Sale 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, in the Education and Humanities Theatre on campus.
The Public Piano Sale is the result of a partnership DSU has with Kawai America Corporation and ABC Piano, in which those piano providers have supplied the DSU music department with new pianos for the full 2009-2010 academic year.
As part of this agreement, DSU will host a Public Piano Sale in which Kawai and ABC Piano will offer a selection of grands, baby grands, studios, uprights and digital pianos to the general public.
These pianos have been professionally maintained and most will still carry the original manufacturer’s warranties. The brands include Kawai, Baldwin, Hobart M. Cable, Falconi, George Steck and more. All set up and future services will be handled through the Institutional Division of ABC Piano and the local Kawai representative.
