World War II veterans from across the Milford area turned out at the Heritage at Milford center to sign a WWII-vintage Ford GPW - one of the original "Jeep" vehicles - that has been painstakingly repaired and rehabilitated by James LaRoche. The Milford Community Band was on hand as well, with founder Joe Lear - also a veteran of the Army Air Corps during WWII - pulling double duty as both an entertainer and one of the guests of honor.
