Hundreds of people came downtown for back-to-back holiday festivals this weeked --- Downtown Milford Inc.'s Holiday Stroll and People's Place's People's Day.Rainy weather did its best to dampen Saturday's festivities, but even a city-wide blackout couldn't keep the celebration down.
