Harrington police arrested a 64-year-old Harrington man Feb. 26 in connection with drug charges after he allegedly sold another man oxycodone pills.
Police responded to a complaint of suspicious activity in the parking lot of the Spartan Station, said Cpl. Keith Shyers of the Harrington Police Department.
Shyers said the 64-year-old man was meeting people in the parking lot and then disappearing.
When police arrived, he said they found the man in a car with another man and discovered the 64-year-old was selling oxycodone. While in custody, Shyers said a woman interested in buying oxycodone contacted the man and police met her at the Spartan Station.
Police arrested Robert Kopp and charged him with attempted delivery of a narcotic, possession with intent to deliver a narcotic, maintaining a vehicle for keeping a controlled substance, second-degree conspiracy, possession of a narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $15,000 unsecured bond.
Police also arrested Dylan Bauer, 20, of Harrington and Cynthia L. Ramsey, 37, of Denton, Md. and charged them with second-degree criminal solicitation. They were released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
