Milford police arrested a 45-year-old Milford man March 2 in connection with a home repair scheduled for October.
The man received payment for a roof repair job but he did not fix the roof or return the money, said Det. Dwight Young, spokesman for the Milford Police Department.
Police arrested Gregory Graham, 45, of Milford and charged him with one count of theft and one count of home improvement fraud. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $4,000 secured bond.
