Harrington police arrested a 36-year-old Seaford man March 3 for allegedly violating a no-contact order.
Police responded to the 500 block of Friendship Village and found the man there, said Cpl. Earl K. Brode of the Harrington Police Department, adding he had called the victim several times on the phone.
Police arrested William D. Miller, 36, of Seaford and charged him with stalking, criminal contempt of a domestic PFA order and breach of release. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $6,500 secured bond.
