Harrington police arrested a 23-year-old Harrington man Feb. 20 after responding to a domestic dispute.
Police arrived at a home a found the man leaving the scene, said Cpl. Earl K. Brode of the Harrington Police Department.
Police discovered the man assaulted a resident and then tried to hit someone else with his car, Brode said, adding he then took a cell phone away from someone trying to call 911.
Police arrested Bradley S. Wingo and charged him with first-degree reckless endangering, malicious interference emergency communication, offensive touching, disorderly conduct and DUI. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $5,000 cash bond.
