  • A Milford man, identified as Charles L. Bradley, 51, has been jailed after he allegedly threatened the manager of a local Wawa store.
The incident took place at 1:11 a.m. Aug. 5, at the store in the 900 block of North Dupont Highway, said Milford Police spokesman Det. Dwight Young.
The police investigation indicated Bradley became disorderly after he did not have enough money to pay for some food. Bradley allegedly confronted the manager face-to-face as if he were going to strike the manager and also began yelling profanities in the store.
Bradley refused to cooperate with police as he was being taken into custody, Young said.
A test indicated Bradley had a .20 percent BAC, Young added.
Bradley was charged with menacing and disorderly conduct, then released on a $2000 unsecured bond.
