Gold seeks fourth straight victory over Blue in 59th Annual Blue-Gold Football contest.
If Milford coach Mike Tkach and running back Octavian Wilson had their way, the Gold team would definitely win the 59th Annual Blue-Gold All-Star football game to be played this Saturday evening at 7 p.m. at Delaware Stadium in Newark. Tkach, who’s the head football coach and Athletic Director at Milford High School, and an assistant for the annual summer classic this year would love to see Wilson have a big day, score a few touchdowns and help the Gold team to victory.
Wilson, who played running back and defensive back for the Buccaneers last season, would love to have a big down running up and down Tubby Raymond Field, and end his high school career with a big victory over the rival Blues.
The Blue and Gold coaches, players, cheerleaders and DFRC members were introduced Sunday afternoon at the University of Delaware’s Tubby Raymond Field, the site of next week’s game.
