Eros and Hank are nationally certified dual-purpose police dogs specializing in patrol and narcotics. They’ve been a part of the team for three years, and cost $12,500 each.
The dogs were brought to the Milford Police Department from the Netherlands and all of their commands are given in dutch. The dogs will work for nine years and then be retired.
