  • A 34-year-old Milford woman, identified as Gwen Passwaters, was arrested and charged with harassment after police said she sent unwanted text messages and kicked a vehicle.

  • A 34-year-old Milford woman was arrested and charged with harassment after police said she sent unwanted text messages and kicked a vehicle.
    Milford Police arrested Gwen Passwaters on April 21 after a police investigation regarding an incident that occurred at a residence in the 900 block of S.E. Front Street on April 10. Milford Police Department spokesman Detective Dwight Young said Passwaters kicked the vehicle of a 35-year-old male victim, causing damage to the vehicle during the incident.
    Young said Passwaters also sent unwanted text messages to the man after being told to stop.
    Passwaters was charged with harassment and criminal mischief under $1,000. She was arraigned and released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
