  • The Megan Moore Memorial Annual Poker Run, scheduled for this Saturday, will be held at the Home of the Brave to raise money for the veterans facility in memory of Milton resident Megan Moore.
The Megan Moore Memorial Annual Poker run was formed to honor Moore, who died three years ago at the age of 25 from Lupus. The event was started by the 2nd Brigade Motorcycle Club and Moore’s parents, who died in a car accident earlier this year.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Home of the Brave, located at 6632 Sharps Road in Milford. Registrations run from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m., and participants can enjoy music, food, drinks, door prizes, a silent auction, vendors, games and face painting.
Admission is $10 per person, $15 per couple and children and military are free.
