  • A 38-year-old Lincoln man, who was wanted after walking away from the Sussex Community Corrections Center in Georgetown on April 2, has been apprehended.
According to the Delaware Department of Correction, Keith Lofland failed to return from an authorized pass issued by the center, which is a facility that manages offenders who are transitioning back into the community. The center is not secured like the prison, as offenders are permitted to leave and go to work, seek jobs or attend approved treatment sessions.
Lofland is serving time for a third-degree burglary charge. He was apprehended on June 21 by the Laurel Police Department and is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution.
