  • The Milford Police Department arrested four boys on Feb. 16 following a burglary on Fisher Avenue Feb. 10 and other occasions that caused thousands in damage.
    A police investigation revealed that the four boys, ages 10, 11, 12 and 13, broke into the Fisher Avenue residence on multiple occasions and set various items on fire, causing thousands of dollars in damage to the interior of the residence, according to police spokesman Detective Dwight Young.
    All four boys were charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, second-degree conspiracy, reckless burning under $1,500 and criminal mischief over $1,000 but less than $5,000.
    The juvenile suspects were released on unsecured bond to the custody of their parents or guardians.
