  • Harrington police arrested a 24-year-old Harrington man, identified as Robert Wix, who was wanted out of Kent County Court of Common Pleas for failing to pay on a third-degree conspiracy arrest, as well as failing to pay on a failure to reinstate traffic ticket.

  • Harrington police arrested a 24-year-old Harrington man Jan. 27 who was wanted out of Kent County Court of Common Pleas for failing to pay on a third-degree conspiracy arrest, as well as failing to pay on a failure to reinstate traffic ticket.
    Robert Wix was taken into custody on Monday after Harrington police located him in the 17000 block of South Dupont Highway.
    Wix also had a warrant for his arrest out of Justice of the Peace Court 14.
    Wix was transported to the Harrington Police Department for processing. He was arraigned out of Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $884 secured cash bond.
