The Milford Police Department is currently searching for 34-year-old Brandon P. Eskridge, of Seaford, after an alleged burglary and breach of a protection from abuse order that occurred in October.
Officers initially responded to a residence in the 400 block of Pierce Street on Oct. 5, following the report of a domestic incident. A police investigation reveal that Eskridge, who fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival, allegedly entered the residence through a window, said Milford Police Department spokesman Cpl. Robert Masten.
Eskridge was discovered by the victim, standing in her bedroom, Masten said.
There was an active protection from abuse order in place at the time of the incident between Eskridge and the female victim, Masten said.
Eskridge is facing charges of second-degree burglary and criminal contempt of a domestic violence protective order, stemming from the October incident.
Eskridge is also wanted by Kent County Family Court and Kent County Superior Court.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Eskridge to call 422-8081, Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333 or online at www.tipsubmit.com.
