  • The Milford Police Department is currently investigating a series of vehicle thefts, which are increasing in the area, according to Milford Police Department spokesman Cpl. Robert Masten.
    Police are currently investigating two thefts that occurred on Jan. 1 and Jan. 2 in the unit block of West Clarke Avenue. Masten said that in the overnight hours, an unknown suspect entered a vehicle and removed a small amount of money.
    Masten said the Milford Police Department would like to remind residents to keep vehicle doors locked and parked in well-lit areas when possible.
