  • A 44-year-old Harrington woman was arrested by the Harrington Police Department on Dec. 11 after a request for her arrest came from the Salisbury, Md. Police Department.
    Lisa R. Chandler, who was wanted out of the Salisbury Police Department for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, was taken into custody after Harrington police contacted her at a residence in the 100 block of Grant Street, said Harrington Police Department spokesman Lt. Earl Brode.
    Chandler taken into custody without incident and transported to the Harrington Police Department for processing, Brode said. She was charged as a fugitive from another state.
    Chandler was arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released after posting $1,500 secured bond.
