The incident occurred at a residence in the unit block of Cozy Court in Harrington, where officers responded to a domestic dispute in progress shortly before 8 p.m., said Harrington Police Department spokesman Lt. Earl Brode.
When officers arrived, they contacted the victim and the suspect, identified as 38-year-old Harrington resident Kenneth T. Fisher, as well as an 8-year-old witness, Brode said.
