    Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 87-year-old Houston man who went missing this morning.
    Robert T. Minner was last seen leaving his residence in the 3000 block of Williamsville Road in Houston around 9:30 a.m. today to meet a friend and has not been seen or heard from since, according to Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier.
    "Minner's medical condition is such that there is a real concern for his safety," Fournier said.
    Minner is described as white male, standing 5-feet 5-inches in height and weighing 150 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue flannel shirt, blue Dickies jeans and brown shoes.
    Police believe Minner may be driving a tan 2002 Chevrolet Impala with a Delaware registration of 7871.
    Anyone with information about Minner's whereabouts is asked to call Troop 3 at (302) 697-4454 or by utilizing the Delaware State Police Mobile Crime Tip Application available for download at www.delaware.gov/apps.
    Anonymous information also can be provided to Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333 or via text by sending a message with the keyword "DSP" to 274637 (CRIMES).
