USA Today reports that many in the airline industry believe terrorists will try plane attacks again and that test runs have happened recently.

    A breakthrough occurred in the budget battles today, as House Speaker John Boehner said Republicans are willing to approve a temporary increase in borrowing in order to skirt a disaster with the debt ceiling. They in turn want President Barack Obama to have discussions about making cuts in the federal budget.
