  • A 26-year-old Milford woman was arrested by the Milford Police Department on Oct. 5 after refusing to leave a residence in the 200 block of S.E. 2nd St. following a personal dispute.
    After officers responded to a report of a person trespassing and being disorderly, investigation revealed that the suspect, identified as Tykisha F. Fullman, attempted to confront a resident in the 200 block of S.E. 2nd St. regarding an ongoing dispute, said Milford Police Department spokesman Det. Dwight Young.
    Young said Fullman was advised by residents several times to leave the residence, but refused to do so. Fullman then became irate a pushed a 16-year-old female victim that was not involved in the dispute, Young said.
    Fullman was charged with offensive touching, third-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. She was also wanted on active warrants out of Justice of the Peace Court 7 and Kent County Court of Common Pleas.
    Fullman was arraigned and released on a $250 unsecured bond.
