  • A 20-year-old Milford woman, identified as Alivia Mosley, turned herself in to the Milford Police Department on Oct. 3 after allegedly harboring a robbery suspect and hindering his arrest.
Mosley and Tonia L. Mosley, who was arrested during a traffic stop on Sept. 28, allegedly harbored 20-year-old Dover man Ronnier Elmore, a suspect in several Milford area robberies, and hindered police from apprehending Elmore for several months.
Elmore was recently arrested by U.S. Marshals with the assistance of the Milford Police Department on Sept. 26 for his alleged involvement with three Milford area robberies that occurred in June and July. Elmore was apprehended while in the company of Tonia L. Mosley and Alivia Mosley.
Both Alivia Mosley and Tonia L. Mosley were charged with two felonies, hindering prosecution and second-degree conspiracy. Tonia L. Mosley was arraigned and released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
Alivia Mosley was found to be wanted out of Justice of the Peace Court 6 for an unrelated incident. She was arraigned and committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in default of a $2,000 secured bond.
