  • Milford woman arrested for allegedly harboring robbery suspect

  • A 38-year-old Milford woman, identified as Tonia L. Mosley was arrested by the Milford Police Department for two outstanding warrants for allegedly hindering the arrest of 20-year-old Dover man Ronnier Elmore, a suspect in several Milford area robberies. The Milford Police Criminal Division is now searching for Alivia Mosley, who also allegedly hindered the arrest of Elmore.

  • A 38-year-old Milford woman with outstanding warrants was arrested by the Milford Police Department during a traffic stop on Sept. 28 after allegedly hindering the arrest of 20-year-old Dover man Ronnier Elmore, a suspect in several Milford area robberies.
    Tonia L. Mosley was arrested after investigation revealed that she, as well as Alivia Mosley, had harbored Elmore and hindered police from apprehending Elmore for several months. Elmore was recently arrested by U.S. Marshals with the assistance of the Milford Police Department on Sept. 26 for his alleged involvement with three Milford area robberies that occurred in June and July. Elmore was apprehended while in the company of Tonia L. Mosley and Alivia Mosley.
    Tonia L. Mosley was charged with two felonies, hindering prosecution and second-degree conspiracy. She was arraigned and released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
    Alivia Mosley is currently wanted by the Milford Police Criminal Division. She is described as a 20-year-old light-skinned female, standing 5 feet 2 inches in height and weighing 200 pounds. She is known to frequent the Milford and Dover areas.
