  • Milford man arrested after allegedly watching victim urinate

  • A 56-year-old Milford man was arrested by the Milford Police Department after he allegedly stuck his head through the opening of a bathroom stall in a Walmart store to watch a victim urinate in a urinal.
    The suspect, identified as David R. Wood, was arrested on Sept. 22 after he had been sitting in a bathroom stall in Walmart for more than two hours and allegedly watched a 10-year-old victim urinate at a urinal on two occasions, said Milford Police Department spokesman Det. Dwight Young.
    After the second time that Wood placed his head through the opening at the bottom of the stall to watch the victim, a parent of the victim contacted Walmart security and the Milford Police Department, Young said.
    Wood was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. He was arraigned and released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
