Perennial TV villain Robert Knepper is set to appear on NBC's new drama The Blacklist, TVLine.com reports.

In the freshman series, the world's most wanted criminal (James Spader) mysteriously turns himself in and offers to give up everyone he has ever worked with - a list of which he calls The Blacklist. His only condition: He will only work with a newly minted FBI agent (Megan Boone) with whom he appears to have no connection.
