A 33-year-old Milford man was arrested by the Milford Police Department Sept. 3 after pointing a BB gun at a 49-year-old male victim during a dispute.

Officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of S. Washington Street and made contact with a 49-year-old male victim, who said the suspect, identified as Mario Robles, pointed what appeared to be a handgun at him during a verbal dispute within the residence, said Milford Police Department spokesman Det. Dwight Young.

The weapon was revealed to be a BB gun that looked like a real handgun, Young said.

Robles was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. He was arraigned and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of a $6,000 secured bond.
