  • A Magnolia man, identified as 42-year-old Michael L. Dula, was arrested by the Harrington Police Department July 15 for providing a false name and false information.

  • A Magnolia man, identified as 42-year-old Michael L. Dula, was arrested by the Harrington Police Department July 15 for providing a false name and false information.
    According to police, officers responded to a suspicious person complaint stating that two suspects in a dark-colored vehicle in the Harrington Midway Shopping Center were asking people for money. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with Dula and a female in the vehicle.
    When an officer asked Dula for his name and information, Dula responded with a false name and information. While speaking with the female in the vehicle, officers were able to obtain Dula's true identity and information.
    Dula was taken into custody and processed at the Harrington Police Department. The female in the vehicle was released and not charged. Dula was issued a criminal summons for criminal impersonation and released pending a future court appearance.
